4. Order Processing, Payment, and Delivery
Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, we will send a confirmation email. Processing times may vary, especially for custom orders. You will receive an estimated delivery date based on order volume and customization requirements.
Payment: All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept various forms of payment, including credit and debit cards, and other payment gateways as indicated on our website.

Risk of Loss: Once the order is dispatched, ownership and risk transfer to the customer. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to the courier.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damage or defect to process your request.
